Love and fear

It’s 3 am again, and it is a great time to think about the two most powerful emotions. LOVE and FEAR.

Out of all the emotions that we feel, the primary emotions from where all others come from are the emotions of LOVE AND FEAR. And at the very core FEAR comes from LOVE, but we are getting ahead of ourselves.

In this experience that we call life, we have been blessed to be surrounded with relationships that come into our life for a purpose. No relationship, and I am not only talking sexual relationships, but all types of relationships happen in our life by coincidence. They are there for us to experience the greatest version of the greatest vision we ever had about ourselves. I am not saying all relationships are easy or are “good” relationships, but all relationships give us the opportunity to decide and create who we want to be (doing comes later) in a given moment.

And to decide who we want to be, we first need to decide where we want to “come” from. Do we want to come from a place of love or a place of fear. If we decide and believe that our center, our starting place is love, then our thoughts, our words and our actions are going to move outward from that center. If our center is based on fear then the outcome as you might imagine is much different.

If our core belief is LOVE, then whenever we are faced with a tough situation, it becomes very easy to ask ourselves a simple question to determine what we should do.

What would love do?

This very simple question can solve so many problems in our life and in the world. The important thing is to realize that the answer to this question does not come from our mind, or from our thoughts, it comes from our very soul and it comes instantaneously. And to be able to act on this answer we need to be out of our minds. As the mind if left to its own, will creep in doubts into the first answer that came into your mind.

If our core belief is FEAR, then that same situation becomes much more difficult to handle. The same exact situation becomes a problem, because the question what would love do, is not present. Instead, we find ourselves asking many other questions, questions that coming from FEAR will lead us to new thoughts, new actions that will protect us from that FEAR.

To be continued...

I have been blessed in my life, and one of the biggest blessing was finding answers to so many of my questions. I found them in the books called Conversations with God.
